The firm was founded by Dr. Crystal Swinton Cooper, an experienced executive leader, educator serving youth, and strategist with a strong background in nonprofit management, public awareness campaigns, workforce development, and community based program design. Smart Way Solutions reflects her commitment to purpose driven leadership, equity focused outreach, and sustainable organizational growth.
With more than twenty years of combined professional experience, Smart Way Solutions has supported nonprofit organizations, schools, and public agencies across South Florida and beyond. The firm has successfully designed and managed growing child care center growth, outreach campaigns that increase program visibility, improve enrollment outcomes, and strengthen relationships.
